What types of events do you cater to?
A variety of events including Quinceanera's, kid's and adults birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, baby showers, and more.
Do you provide the alcohol?
No, we do not provide alcohol. We can recommend the best types and quantities to purchase based on your menu selection.
Do you provide bartenders?
No we do not. This is a mobile self-serve frozen cocktail machine.
How many people does the frozen cocktail machine serve?
Each 2-barrel machine serves approximately 110 - 8oz cups. For larger events, we recommend adding additional mixes.
Can we customize the drinks?
Yes, we can work with you to create a drink that can match your event!
What is needed to operate the machine?
You'll need access to a standard power outlet (within 50 ft of the setup area) and full cover from rain or extreme heat along with a flat surface.
What are your mixes made of?
Our mixes are made with organic ingredients. The mix concentrates use pure sugar cane and are organically & naturally flavored.
What if we run out of mix before the event ends?
We ask that you DO NOT add any of your own mix to the frozen cocktail machine as it is very specific on content ratio to make it freeze. It is of high importance that the rations are correct as it will damage the machine and possibly nor freeze. We ask that you plan accordingly prior to the event so we can bring additional mix for an additional cost.
Can the machine be used outdoors?
Yes, as long as there is a shaded or covered area to protect the machine from direct sunlight or rain.
How long do you need for setup?
We ask you allow 2-3 hours of setup which includes about 60 minutes for the machine to begin to slush.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver within 20 miles of our base location. Base location is Downtown Raleigh, NC. Additional travel fees apply beyond this range.
Do I need to clean the machine after use?
Nope!! We will handle cleaning the machine.
What's included in the packages?
We offer 3 packages (Essential, Signature, and Deluxe) with different levels of service. Please check out our Package & Add - Ons page for full details.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit but the remaining amount paid will be refunded. Rescheduling is permitted based on availability.
What happens if the equipment is damaged during our event?
Clients are fully responsible for any damages to equipment such as frozen cocktail machine, mobile cart, decorations and accessories. $100 cleaning fee will apply for excessive mess or spills that damages the mobile cart.
