Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
· A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking.
· The remaining balance must be paid for in full 7 days prior to the event.
· Payment can be made via venmo and cash app.
Setup Requirements
· Access to a standard power outlet within 50 ft of the setup location is required.
· A flat, shaded, or covered area must be provided for the setup, especially in hot weather.
· Brisa & Co. is not responsible for power issues at the venue.
Alcohol Disclaimer
· Brisa & Co. does not supply alcohol. Customers are responsible for providing any liquor used.
· Alcohol Recommendations can be given.
Travel
· Standard pricing includes within 20 miles of Downtown Raleigh, NC.
· A travel fee applied to events beyond this radius.
Equipment Use & Damage
· All equipment remains the property of Brisa & Co.
· Clients are fully responsible for any damage or loss to the frozen cocktail machine, mobile cart, decorations, and accessories.
· $100 cleaning fee may be applied for excessive mess or spills that damage the mobile cart.
Cancellations & Refunds
· Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
· Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit, but we will refund the remaining amount paid.
· Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability.
Liability
· Brisa & Co. is not liable for any injuries or incidents involving alcohol consumption.
· Clients assume all responsibility for the safety and conduct of their guests.
Event Timing
· Rental duration is based on the selected and paid package. Additional hours may be requested for additional charge prior to the event.
· Setup will take 2-3 hours prior to the event start time.
